For some people, no matter what they do, they just cannot lose weight. This is a common problem when they eat unhealthy diets, which sadly dominate the market. It’s a common problem if they do no exercise. It’s a common problem if they don’t try. But there are some people who try everything and still can’t lose weight.

Let’s face it, many people say they are trying to lose weight, but they make no effort to find out what the best foods are for a healthy weight loss. Or they make no effort to exercise. They are not really genuine about shifting those extra pounds. They just feel they should, or may have been told they should for health reasons.

But there are some people who know all the right foods, who exercise regularly and who are genuinely trying everything they can to lose weight. Apart from a few miserly pounds, the bulk of it doesn’t shift.

There is a reason for this.

We live in a very toxic environment, whether or not you believe it. The air is badly polluted. Food is becoming increasingly polluted, not just with pesticides and synthetic fertilisers, but now with GM. Furnishings emit toxic fumes. Mattresses can be toxic. Medications and vaccines are highly toxic.

We live and work in closed environments, which compounds the issue.

Our bodies have become very toxic, increasingly so over the last few decades.

When toxins enter the body, they are sent to the liver to be slowly (and safely) released for excretion. But as the toxin amounts increase, this natural system becomes overloaded. The body has to find other ways to deal with the problem.

Fat cells are not important functioning cells. They don’t have a high metabolic rate. Fat cells do little so are ideal dumping grounds. When your body is overloaded with toxins, they are stored in your fat cells.

What has this got to do with why you can’t lose weight?

Everything.

If, in losing weight, the toxins stored in the fat cells, were released into your body, you could die. It’s that serious.

Your body is infinity wise. If you are so overloaded with toxins that this is a possibility, your body will not allow you to lose weight. Whatever you do.

This means that the first thing you should do, in your effort to lose weight, is to de-tox your body.

You can do this in a variety of ways – a colon cleanse, enemas, with herbs, etc. All of these processes can be effective. But some are rather invasive (colon cleanse), some are time consuming (enemas) to do and some can be unpleasant to take (herbs).

With most of them, you can also expect to have an unpleasant time (of varying degrees, depending on your load), as the toxins are released.

However, there is one way that you can release the toxins without unpleasantness. Homeopaths have a variety of systems under their belt which can effortlessly unload the toxins, from a deep acting ‘constitutional’ remedy, to acute de-tox remedies.

Once you are toxin free, or dramatically improved, then your body can start to shed its excess weight, because now it is safe to do so. So if you cannot lose weight, no matter what you do, this is the most likely reason.

Then, just make sure you don’t load up the toxins again.
