People all over the world want to make their life easier. When it comes to losing weight, this is no exception. Easy weight loss IS a possibility, but only when you follow certain strategies. These strategies are, in reality, natural laws.
Before we embark on this discussion, I just want to ask you one question: have you ever seen an indigenous person who carries excess weight? It doesn’t occur, just as there is no obesity in wild animals. In a natural world, excess weight does not occur. If it did, the species would quickly die out, because it is not healthy.
This means that the problem with excess weight is created by humans. There are a variety of different triggers for obesity. For the purposes of this article, we are looking at a solution that you can implement easily and get results in a relatively short period of time.
Easy weight loss can come about by making sure you eat the right foods. You can eat as much as you like, as long as all the food falls into this category. But you must not deviate from this, or deviate very little.
One of the biggest problems with both health and excess weight comes from eating processed food. Most people’s diet (at least in the west) is in the order of 50 to 80% of processed food in their total food consumption. It has become a pandemic of mighty proportions. But it is a silent killer.
Processed food comes in the shape of anything that has had its basic nutrient combination changed. A prime example of this is flour. Wheat is stripped of some of the nutrients that are necessary for you to digest it – those that are contained in the husk.
Sugar is stripped of the essential nutrients needed to digest it. Molasses, the by-product of sugar cane processing, is one of the most nutrient dense foods there is.
Rice is processed to separate the husk from the grain. Yet the nutrients within the husk help digest the grain.
White food came about because of the perceived idea that white was best. White people dominated the world and anyone without a white skin was considered inferior. This ridiculous notion was taken to its extremes, with food being ‘purified’.
Isn’t it time to let this outmoded idea go? There is nothing superior about white skinned people. And there is a great deal of mischief wreaked on your health by consuming the ‘purified’ white food stuffs.
Easy weight loss can be achieved simply by letting go of the notion that processed food (ie white food) is anything other than poison to your body. You may well find this a difficult thing to do, when you consider just how much of it you eat.
Replace white flour products with wholemeal products. Replace white sugar with dark brown sugar or molasses. Replace white rice with brown or wild rice. This simple change can make a big difference to your excess weight. It will also make a big difference to your health.
