Healthy eating for weight loss means there is a connection. This is not always considered in other weight loss programmes. However, if you do not adopt a healthy diet, then I suggest your weight loss will either be minimal or will not last.
If you eat a healthy diet, and I mean a really healthy diet, not one that you think is healthy by fashionable standards, then you can’t not achieve your optimum weight.
Weight gain, be it a little or a lot, in almost all cases, is down to diet. Within this there are cravings. Some cravings come from bad habits indulged over time. Other cravings come from a nutritional imbalance. Your body is craving real, nutritious food, but since it doesn’t get much of that, it feels a lot of bad food might help.
Of course it doesn’t. The only thing that happens is that there is a significant weight gain. And still your body is not satisfied.
The only way you can really hope to lose weight, and to keep it off, is to make sure your body has all the nutrition it needs. Then you won’t need to keep eating to satisfy the craving because there won’t be one.
However, the standard western diet is far from healthy. How can it be when you consider the rapidly rising rates of serious disease such as diabetes and cancer, along with obesity and the less serious diseases? Disease only occurs when there is a serious nutritional deficiency. Other factors can influence disease, but not to the same extent.
So first you need to learn what an unhealthy diet is. Then you need to know what a truly healthy diet is. This flies in the face of the normal western diet, so you can expect to see some raised eyebrows amongst your family and friends. In the early stages.
Later down the track, when they see the results of radiant health, discarded health problems and an enviable body weight, they will come begging for information on how you achieved it.
Healthy Eating For Weight Loss gives you all the information you need to have vibrant health and an enviable figure.
