Most people eat unhealthy food as this is cheap, quick and readily available. What they don’t realise is the enormous damage they are setting up for themselves for the future.

Heathy eating means you feed your body with all the right nutrition so it feels good and is satisfied. If you feel good, you won’t be tempted to eat unhealthy foods. If your body is satisfied, ie nutritionally complete, you won’t be tempted to eat unhealthy foods.
It’s the unhealthy foods which make you fat AND unhealthy.
Sadly, there is little real health education about today and even less proper nutritional education. It’s not your fault. You have been taught to eat all the wrong foods. You have been taught that the wrong foods are healthy, whereas the reverse is true.
Don’t give your power to others. Discover for yourself what the healthy foods are.
