Walnut fudge balls are as delicious as they sound, but also healthy and not fattening!

Ingredients
1 cup raw walnuts, soaked overnight and drained
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup dried coconut
10 medjool de-stoned dates
coconut or sesame seeds for rolling

Process all ingredients until firm, but sticky. Then roll into balls and then into coconut or sesame.
Makes 12 – 16
